Who we are

LuxLife Property Developer is the trading name of Luxlife Ltd, registered in Cyprus (HE 425782), registered office 58 Nikou Psara, 2nd floor, 5311 Paralimni, Cyprus. What we collect

Only what you give us through our forms, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp: your name, email address, phone number, the home or project you are interested in and your message. If you buy a home from us, we also hold the details needed for your contract, your payments and your private villa website.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange viewings, at your request. To send you the LuxLife Letter about new homes and projects, only if you have asked for it; you can unsubscribe at any time. If you buy a home, to carry out your contract, keep you informed during the build, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, including identity and anti-money-laundering checks.

Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We share it only with the companies that host our website, email and newsletter, who process it on our behalf; with the professionals involved in your purchase, such as lawyers, architects and contractors, where they need it; and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of our service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, under recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

If an enquiry does not go further, we keep your information for up to two years after our last contact. If you buy a home, we keep records for as long as the law requires, generally at least six years after the sale for accounting and tax records.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to pass to someone else. Where we rely on your agreement, you can withdraw it at any time. Email contact@luxlifecy.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

We count visits with Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service based in the EU. It uses no cookies, stores no personal data and cannot identify you; it only tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they came from.
