Our story
Built on a life spent on site
LuxLife was founded by Steve Kyprianou, a UK-born Cypriot who has made Cyprus his permanent home since 2020.
Steve has been in business since 1992, and is still MD of TSI, the UK telecoms and infrastructure company he co-founded with his business partner in 1997. TSI's work for large retailers put him on construction sites alongside every trade, and taught him how good buildings come together, detail by detail.
In the UK he also bought, renovated and sold homes. In Cyprus he saw the chance to bring that experience, and the technology he had worked with all his life, to building new homes. The result is LuxLife: homes finished to a high standard, and a private website for every buyer that shows their home at every stage.
LuxLife is Steve's company, and he is involved in every home it builds.

Standard inclusions are listed room by room. Extras are priced before you choose them, and you only pay the difference for an upgrade.

Direct from the developer
You can buy directly from us or through an agent. Either way you deal with the developer from reservation to handover.
